Laravel Telescope is a debugging assistant that logs incoming requests, exceptions, database queries, queued jobs, mail, and more into a local dashboard during development. It's typically restricted to local/staging environments via the gate defined in TelescopeServiceProvider to avoid leaking sensitive data in production. Telescope's query log is invaluable for spotting N+1 problems and slow queries during development.
