50. Capstone: A Go Chain Indexer Service

Build a service that polls an RPC endpoint, decodes logs with abigen bindings, fans work to a bounded worker pool, writes idempotently to Postgres, exposes health and Prometheus metrics, shuts down gracefully on SIGTERM, and is tested with fakes plus a fuzzed decoder. This exercises concurrency, error handling, observability and deployment together.
