47. Graceful Shutdown and Resilience

Catch SIGTERM with signal.NotifyContext, stop accepting new work, drain in-flight requests with Server.Shutdown, then close resources. Add bounded retries with exponential backoff and jitter, plus circuit breakers, so upstream failures do not cascade.
